Written by Scott Snyder (Batman) and illustrated by Jock (The Losers), it’s the first issue in a terrifying new series about a family’s encounter with the ancient, evil creatures that reside in the woods of Pennsylvania. Sailor Rooks is the new girl at school, a quirky teenager ostracized by the other students because of a terrifying, bloody event in her past—one that’s come back to haunt her, now that dark forces have taken great interest in her.
